Purpose
The purpose of Tim's Spider Awards*** is to reward webmasters
and web mistresses for their creativity from design to content.
The talents these people show, should be rewarded to encourage their
continued growth, so they may blossom into outstanding sites which
provide a safe environment for our children to surf, making the world
wide web a more interesting and colourful place for all.
We also wish to acknowledge and encourage those small seeds of talent
that we know in our hearts will ultimately grow to their full potential.
